201800008 V16 EMERGENCY BEACON WITH GEOLOCATION GSC

The V16 emergency signaling beacon with geolocation is a device designed to improve road safety in emergency situations. It runs on three included AA (LR6) batteries and offers up to 4 hours of autonomy. This device emits a light visible within a 360º radius and up to 1 kilometer away, ensuring high visibility. Additionally, it is directly connected to the DGT 3.0 system via TELEFONICA TECH at no additional cost. The beacon is equipped with a magnetic base that allows it to be placed on the vehicle's roof without having to leave the vehicle, increasing driver safety. It is made of resistant materials such as PC and ABS, supporting operating temperatures between -10ºC and 50ºC, and is splash-resistant, making it suitable for various weather conditions. Its compact dimensions, with a diameter of 94 mm, facilitate its storage in the vehicle. These V16 beacons will be mandatory in Spain starting January 1, 2026, replacing traditional emergency triangles, according to the regulations of the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Valid until 2038.
