This is PHASE 1 of the TEAK NAUTICAL restoration treatment. It is a detergent capable of removing stains that form on teak. 1. Dilute 10-30% in water. Spray and spread the solution over the surface. 2. Brush or rub following the grain of the teak and leave on for about 10 minutes. 3. Rinse with clean water. Note: If you wish to perform PHASE 2 at the same time, apply SEA12 without rinsing
