It constitutes PHASE 1 of the TEAK NAUTICO restoration treatment. It is a detergent capable of removing stains that form on teak. 1. Dilute 10-30% in water. Spray and spread the solution on the surface. 2. Brush or scrub following the grain of the teak and leave on for about 10 minutes. 3. Rinse with clean water. Note: If you wish to carry out PHASE 2 at the same time, apply SEA12 without rinsing
